AgentBase provides a results-only sales agent recruitment service. We take on all the effort and cost of promoting your agency opportunity to sales agents. Then we provide candidates for you to consider. There are two options for you to choose from - please see below.
We guarantee to find agents who fit ALL of the following three criteria:
- The agent will be selling into the markets you specify; and
- The agent will be operating in the geographic area that you specify; and
- The agent will have expressed a positive interest in your proposition.
Otherwise there is no charge.
Introductory Fee
We provide candidates for you to interview, and take on if you want. They will all have been given detailed information about your company, your products/services and the agency opportunity. They will all have been screened for suitability and interviewed by telephone. They will all have agreed to have their details forwarded to you for further consideration. This is guaranteed. There is a nominal fee for this which is typically 15 to 25% of any subsequent success fee.
Success Fee
After the initial introductions (see above) you will be in direct contact with relevant, interested sales agents. It is now up to you to select or reject these candidates. How you do this is up to you; you may interview them, face to face or by telephone. If you subsequently decide to take any on, we will charge the second (success) fee. If you do not take an agent on there is no further fee. We charge the success fee if, and only if, you decide to actually recruit the agent.
Introductory Fee Only
Again we provide candidates for you to interview, and take on if you want. They will all have been given detailed information about your company, your products/services and the agency opportunity as before. They will all have been screened for suitability; and they will all have agreed to have their details forwarded to you for further consideration. Again, this is guaranteed. The difference is the fee. The introduction fee is higher than the fee under Option One (Introductory Fee), but there is no success fee.

What is the profile of the agents you are looking for? What are you offering them? etc. We will work with you to make your package as attractive as possible. And we agree on the qualification criteria: i.e. exactly what you are prepared to pay for. - We agree our fees with you.
The fee we propose will vary depending on various considerations such as how many agents you are looking for, and the package you are offering them, etc. This will all be discussed and agreed in advance. There are generally two options in our quote (see above). - There is an initial deposit.
This is fully or partly refundable in the event that we do not introduce agents up to the value of the deposit.
Our Guarantee
AgentBase will only charge where there is a successful outcome, i. e. qualified introductions to agents that fit your criteria, or actual agents recruited. There is no risk to you. There is no advance payment (other than a fully refundable commitment deposit). We will refund introduction fees or find a replacement where the agent is shown not to fit the agreed qualification criteria.

We will use all the powerful tools at our disposal: advertising, mail shots, email shots, networking and headhunting as appropriate and necessary. All agents will be given detailed information about your company, products/services, and the agency package on offer. - We screen candidates.
All applicants will be screened against the agreed criteria. - We submit suitable agents.
All agents that we submit will have been screened to ensure that their profile matches your requirements. Furthermore they will all have expressed a desire to take matters further directly with you, and given us permission to pass their details to you. - If we do not find suitable candidates
In this unusual event, we will refund your deposit.
